Nashville is located northeast of the northern terminus of the Natchez Trace Parkway. From the Trace you can exit onto Tennessee Highway 100 east which will take you towards Belle Meade and Nashville. Or, you can exit the Trace onto McCrory Lane and travel north to Interstate 40.
