Kosciusko-Attala volunteers provide travel information for the Natchez Trace Parkway and the Kosciusko area.

General Tadeusz Kosciuszko was an outstanding Polish freedom fighter whose military genius and engineering skills played a vital role in the success of the American Revolutionary War. Kosciusko, Mississippi is the only US city named in his honor.

The 30 year-old Kosciusko Information Center has recently been renovated to include more pictures and exhibits about the territory of Red Bud Springs, the Trace and the town of Kosciusko today.

Exit the Trace near milepost 160 at the Kosciusko Information exit and the information center will be on your left.

Hours of operation are 9 a.m.to 5 p.m. during daylight savings time and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the winter months. Phone: 662.289.2981
