On National Trails Day, hike a section of the original Natchez Trace next to the Meriwether Lewis Monument with National Park Service Ranger Jeremy Childs.

Explore the history and importance of the Natchez Trace while also discovering the flora and fauna in the area. Lewis County Public Library and Archives, The Meriwether Lewis Chapter of the Lewis and Clark Trail Heritage Foundation of the Southeast Region, and the Natchez Trace Parkway invite you to hike along the Old Natchez Trace at the Meriwether Lewis Monument in Lewis County near Hohenwald, Tennessee.

Meet at the Grinder House Cabin at 10am, then walk along the Old Trace with Ranger Jeremy.
