In 1979, Oak Hill was placed on the National Register of Historic Places and in 2005 won the Restoration Award from the Natchez Historic Foundation. For several years Oak Hill Inn has been consistently rated as one of the best inns in both the United States and the world!

In keeping with the style of most antebellum homes, Oak Hill features a formal parlor, a dining room, and a generous central hallway. Oak Hill still boasts its original cypress floors and unique sliding windows in the upstairs hallway that provide cross ventilation of the rooms.

Guest accommodations include a downstairs suite with a luxurious granite shower and two upstairs rooms. Oak Hill is located in the historic garden district within walking distance of shops, restaurants, museums and the Natchez Bluff overlooking the Mississippi River.
