Guest Accommodations

Your hosts live at Overlook Hill. The home is divided into three areas:

1. On the Guest Side of Overlook Hill:
   • The Master King Suite with a king size bed, sitting area and an in-suite bathroom.
   • The Queen Bedroom features a queen size bed.
   • WiFi and TVs in both bedrooms with YouTubeTV and Netflix.
   • A second full bathroom located off the hallway next to the second bedroom.
2. Common Areas that guests share with the hosts:
   • Common areas include a laundry room with washer/dryer, kitchen, dining area and a living room.
   • Outside is a large deck with comfortable outdoor furniture.

3. Hosts have their own living area and bedroom/bathroom on their side of the home.

• Overlook Hill accommodates up to four people.
• The guest area is rented to only one party at a time.
• Rate for one or two people per night is $94 + fees and taxes.
  Add $20 for each additional person per night.
