The 12th Annual Black and Blue Civil War Living History Events Reenactment will be held at historic Jefferson College in Washington, Mississippi on October 26, 2019 starting at 10 am

Round Table Encampment of GAR veterans’ delegates from various locations where GAR Posts existed and keynote California State University Scholar-Researcher of Miss-Lou GAR Veterans. Visit Special Exhibits located in West Wing building 10 am till noon. Round Table Encampment Presentations and Enactments. Food, information and other vendors 1:00pm till 4:00pm.
