The annual Wirt Adams Raid Natchez-Civil War Reenactment will be held on Saturday and Sunday, November 10-11 (battle reenactments at 2:00 on Saturday and 1:00 on Sunday) at Historic Jefferson College.

The event is free.

Reenactors from around the South gather to recreate Wirt Adams’s raid into Natchez. The public is welcome to attend and watch as “Yankees” and “Rebels” reenact the battle in the “bowl.” There will be plenty of cannons and black-powder muskets firing, cavalry galloping and infantry advancing!
